Terms of Use
Last updated: 28 June 2026 · Private preview
By using OverGuardian you agree to these terms. OverGuardian is currently in private preview for testing purposes only.
1. Advisory tool only
OverGuardian provides routing, hazard awareness and a Live Guardian co-pilot for oversize and overmass vehicles. It is an advisory aid. It does not replace:
- Your statutory permits, escorts or pilot requirements;
- The Heavy Vehicle National Law and state road rules;
- Your own physical inspection of the route and load; or
- The directions of police, road managers or pilots in the field.
You, the driver and operator, remain solely responsible for the safe and legal movement of the vehicle.
2. Data accuracy
Hazard data is sourced from public datasets and crowdsourced reports. It may be out of date, incomplete or wrong. Always verify critical clearances against current signage and your permit conditions.
3. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OverGuardian and its operators exclude liability for any loss, damage, injury, fine or delay arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use the app while in motion — pull over to interact.
- Do not submit false hazard reports.
- Do not attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer or resell the service.
5. Changes & termination
We may update these terms or change the service during preview. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
